An ANM Nursing School in the name of Martha Nursing Training School (a unit of BLC Trust) is established in Jairampur, Arunachal Pradesh under the guidelines of Indian Nursing Council- Delhi & State Nursing Council, Govt of Arunachal Pradesh in 2017, bearing school affiliation no. 0301009. In the beginning, Indian Nursing Council has awarded with intake capacity 20 later on 2019 it has been revised upto 30 students. Martha Nursing Training School is the first recognized nursing school in Tirap,-Changlang and Longding district. 04 batches have completed their 2 years diploma in ANM upto 2022 and almost 85% certified ANM trainees has got engaged in jobs in different nursing homes, NGOs and Hospitals.

BLCCT has got empanelled from NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation) and Department of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh in 2018, having registered TP (Training Provider) ID: TP004293, further started three-skill development centers under PMKVY (Pradhan Mantri Skill development Mission) affiliated and accredited NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation) in distinguished sectors handloom & Textile, Apparel, Healthcare and Electronics. BLCCT has trained 720 unemployed women in Self Employed Tailor, 120 unemployed youths in Solar, 60 women in Weaving, 180 youths in Nursing Care Assistant and 200 aspirants in Covid Frontline Warrior till 2022, almost 70% of certified candidates has got settlement after availing skill training.

BLCCT got empanelled to National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) in the year 2020 and implemented:

• 06 Micro Enterprises Development Programme (MEDP) on Food Processing & Bakery and Handloom & Weaving, total Trained SHGs members are 180.
• 12 Skill Development Programme (SDP) on Two Shaft Handloom Weaving, Sewing Machine Operator, Unarmed Security Guard, Food & Beverages – Steward, Travel Consultant, Hand Embroidery etc, Total number 360 unemployed youths got trained till 2022 and approx. more than 70% settlement result observed till 2022.
• 01 Livelihood Enterprises Development Programme (LEDP) is implemented on Sewing Machine Operator; under the programme BLCCT is working on livelihood upliftment of village artisans.

BLCCT specially awarded by NSDC at the time of pandemic of Covid-19 to train 200 aspirants of Arunachal Pradesh on Covid Front Line Warrior to fight against the pandemic.

BLCCT also work on Income Generation Program for Livelihood Mapping of Local Artisans on baseline Cluster Development and encourage artisans and weavers by facilitating the opportunity to participate in National and International exhibitions sponsored by NABARD, As facilitator agency BLCCT has worked on cluster development on Handloom and Weaving and formed a major cluster of 200 artisans and also submitted a DPR & DSR to form a Off Farm Producers Organization under NABARD.

BLCCT is awarded with “My District My Project” for promotion of Tribal Eco Tourism in Namsai, Arunachal Pradesh funded by NABARD. The Vision is to promote rural tourism in Arunachal Pradesh state, keeping in view continuously minimizing the tourism cost to customer as well as ensuring optimum profit to the society and also explore untouched part of the Namsai based tourist circuits in Arunachal Pradesh state. Under the Project BLCCT has registered an umbrella unit in the name and style of “Voysiri Pvt. Ltd.” a travel and tourism based company and the main objective of the umbrella unit to support homestays in upliftment of economic development and capacity building of people associated to tourism industry in eastern Arunachal Pradesh.
